Wellness for Educators Institute: Live Your Best Life!
In this week-long institute, Dr. Tim Kanold and Dr. Tina Boogren led sessions on how educator wellness. Participants learned strategies to take care of themselves through creating better routines and habits. We explored sleep, mediation, exercise, personal boundaries, and habits.

Relationship Centered Learning Training
This 2 day course reviewed the six proactive tools to help teachers strengthen and support relationships proactively, creating a cross connection between the staff and students and took a deeper dive into the tools by examining barriers and solutions. We explored the use of Getting To Know You circles that provide the components necessary to allow for everyone to discover their voice, as well as one another, in a healthy and respectful manner. The Restorative Responsive Tools were introduced to help restructure our responses utilizing restorative conversations and restorative conferences that will help create opportunities for meaningful accountability and help students understand how their choices have impact on others in the school community.
